GA Telesis Announces the Acquisition of One (1) Airbus A310-300 MSN 495 from [Airbus Financial Services] and Subsequent Lease of Aircraft to Hi Fly (Portugal)

Ft. Lauderdale, FL- May 7, 2008 – GA Telesis, LLC (“GAT”), today announced that it has acquired one (1) Airbus A310-300 MSN 495 from [Airbus Financial Services] and subsequently leased the aircraft to Hi Fly, Portugal. Hi Fly will operate the aircraft exclusively for Oman Air Under the Oman Air colors.
